How we verify

A research harness captures the official page, keeps the raw file and its hash, and stores every program record as a set of claims. A claim may be called confirmed only when it cites a capture and a quote that actually appears in it.

The rules a record must pass

  • A material field (what it pays, who can apply, status, deadline, what you pay first, repayment, drones, buy-before-approval, when money arrives, origin rules) marked confirmed must cite at least one official capture and a verbatim quote; the quote must appear in that capture's text.
  • A third-party page can identify a lead but can never back a claim.
  • "Drones named as eligible" and "Drones excluded" may be confirmed only with an official quote that itself mentions drones or UAS.
  • Evidence older than 30 days for a deadline, status or award limit produces a warning; past 45 days every page says "last checked N days ago".
  • Any blocking problem sends the record to a review queue, and approval is refused until a named person resolves it. Nothing is published by the software; approval is a human action.

What the labels mean

  • Open now, Applications any time, Announced, not yet open, Closed (with the date) and Terms not published describe the current round as the agency's page states it.
  • Drones named as eligible: the agency's own text names drones or UAS as eligible. Ask the agency about drones: equipment or a category is eligible and drones are not named; the agency decides. Pays for the practice, not the drone: the payment is per practice or per acre; a drone can only be the method. Drones excluded: the agency's rules exclude them. Drones not addressed: nothing in the texts speaks to it.
  • Not confirmed beside a line means the value came from the record but no official quote backs it yet. Not yet approved on a card means the record passed the automatic checks and a named reviewer has not signed it off.

This build

Built from a records export generated October 15, 2026 in "approved" mode: 28 records, 333 confirmed claims, 434 quoted lines, each re-checked against its capture. The drone-rules page's quotes are re-checked by a separate script before every build.
